Where our AI comes from
WowFigure connects to the third-party Meshy API for image previews and 3D model generation. We do not claim to develop the underlying foundation models. Generated images and models are design references for physical figurines, not a guarantee of printability or exact likeness.
Provider safety checks and technical controls
Meshy documents safety filters for prompts and reference images, including moderation_blocked and moderation_unavailable task failures. WowFigure does not bypass failed provider tasks. Our studio uses preset styles and prompts, validates uploaded image formats and sizes, limits generation requests and restricts result access to the owning session. File validation and rate limits are technical controls, not independent semantic content moderation.
Human review before production
AI previews can appear before human review. Before registering production, our staff must check the reference photos, generated design and order notes for prohibited content, rights and consent, and design suitability for printing. Review decisions, reviewer identity, time and reasons are recorded. Pending, rejected or changed designs cannot be registered for production; verified payment is also required. Our normal order fulfillment and shipment actions require current approval and production registration. Staff must follow the same checks when arranging physical work.
Unacceptable requests and handling
Do not submit sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors, pornography, unlawful violence, hate or extremist content, or content infringing privacy, portrait, copyright or trademark rights. Only upload photos you are authorized to use. Uncertain rights or unsafe content require clarification or rejection. Rejected orders are not approved for production; staff contact the customer about corrections, cancellation or applicable refunds. A review decision does not itself automatically refund a payment.
