Shipping Policy
A custom figure has two journeys: making it, then getting it to you.
Production: approximately 3 days
Each figure is made to order. Production is estimated to take 3 days after the design is confirmed and production begins. Payment alone does not mean production has started. Before dispatch, we send photographs of the finished figure for your confirmation. Time awaiting design or photo confirmation is additional.
Shipping: approximately 10–18 days
Estimated transit time is 10–18 days after dispatch, separate from production time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, customs, holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular arrival date.
Destinations, charges and taxes
Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout for your size, destination and currency. If no option is available, contact us before paying. Checkout shows charges collected by us; destination authorities or carriers may separately assess import duties or taxes. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure.
Tracking and delivery problems
Email [email protected] with your order reference for dispatch or tracking updates. Check your address carefully; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Contact us about delays, missing parcels or damage so we can investigate with the carrier. For damage, retain the packaging and provide photographs of the item and parcel.
