A few things to know before meeting your mini.
Which photos work best?
Use 1–4 well-lit photos with a clear face or pet. Front, side and back views can help. We accept JPG, HEIC, HEIF, PNG, WebP and AVIF, up to 50 MB each. Photos are prepared on your device before submission.
Can I make a figure of my pet?
Yes. Choose People, Pets, or People + pets. Automatic subject suggestions can be changed manually.
Why does generation sometimes pause at one percentage?
The generation service reports progress in stages. The indicator moves smoothly when a new value arrives, while the timer and connection status continue updating. Keep the page open. If the connection drops, we retry checking the existing task rather than starting another one.
Will the printed figure match the preview exactly?
The preview is a design reference. Fine details, color and proportions may need adjustment for printing. We review the production design before confirming your order.
What sizes are available?
The studio offers 7 cm, 9 cm and 12 cm options. Current prices and available shipping are shown during the request process, with any outstanding charges confirmed before payment.
Am I charged when I submit a request?
Where online checkout is available, order submission creates a pending-payment order and opens the payment page. Review the total, shipping, applicable taxes and currency before authorizing payment with an available provider. Currency is selected separately from language and is fixed for that order. Payment is recorded after provider verification; production remains subject to design and printability review. Save your order reference; automatic confirmation emails are not currently sent.
How can I check delivery or request a change?
Use Track Order to prepare an inquiry with your order reference and email. Production is estimated at 3 days, then shipping at 10–18 days. Contact us promptly about changes; cancellation is available before production starts.
