What you are buying
You purchase a made-to-order physical figurine from MKUP CO., LIMITED. AI image and 3D previews assist with design selection; the current checkout does not sell AI credits, subscriptions or a separate digital-file download product. Product size, selected design and price are shown before payment.
Where to pay
Start in the WowFigure studio, upload your reference photos, generate and confirm a preview, choose a print size and enter your shipping information. Review the order and continue to its dedicated payment page. That page displays the order reference, amount, currency and currently available payment methods. Authorizing payment redirects you to the selected provider’s hosted checkout; do not send card details by email.
Availability and payment confirmation
Only configured and enabled payment channels are shown. FlyPay availability is subject to merchant approval and activation; a mention here is not proof that it is already open. If payment or shipping is unavailable, contact [email protected]. Payment is confirmed by server-side provider verification, not merely by a successful browser redirect. Keep your order reference and payment confirmation.
How delivery works
After design and content review, verified payment and production registration, estimated production takes 3 days. We send finished-product photographs for confirmation before dispatch. The physical figurine is packaged and shipped to your confirmed address; estimated transit is 10–18 days after dispatch, additional to production and customer-confirmation time. Customs, holidays and carrier delays may affect arrival. Contact support with your order reference for tracking updates.
Changes, cancellations and support
You may cancel before production starts. Once production starts, custom-order cancellation restrictions apply. Verified serious transit damage is eligible for a refund, and mandatory rights for defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
