Personal creations should respect the people and work behind them.
Permission to use your references
You must have permission to use the photos, likenesses, designs and other materials you submit. Uploading a photo does not transfer ownership of it to WowFigure. You authorize the processing needed to generate previews, review your request and fulfill an agreed order, including use of the generation provider disclosed in the studio.
Characters, brands and generated results
Do not submit protected characters, logos or third-party designs without the necessary permission. Generated output may be subject to third-party rights and provider terms; creating a preview does not establish exclusive intellectual property rights or permission for commercial resale.
Report a rights concern
Email [email protected] with your contact details, a description of the protected work, the relevant page or order reference, and an explanation of your rights concern. We will review the report and may request further information.
