How the WowFigure studio and order request process work.
Previews and production review
Style examples are illustrative. AI-generated images and models need review for appearance and printability; they are not a guarantee that every detail can be manufactured. Confirm the final design, size and production details with us before proceeding.
Requests, prices and payment
Where online checkout is available, order submission creates a pending-payment order and opens the payment page. Review the total, shipping, applicable taxes and currency before authorizing payment with an available provider. Currency is selected separately from language and is fixed for that order. Payment is recorded after provider verification; production remains subject to design and printability review.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and upload only content you have permission to use. Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, submit unlawful content or interfere with the site. AI availability can vary; keep the generation page open and contact support if a task cannot be retrieved.
Governing law and consumer protection
These Terms and your purchases are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where MKUP CO., LIMITED is registered, including applicable provisions of the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Nothing excludes mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
